My name is Courtney and I’ve been working for Tender Care Learning Centers for 10 years! I began working as a preschool teacher two days after graduating from college and I knew very early on I had found my lifelong career with this amazing company! I have 6 years of experience as an Assistant Director and almost 2 years as a Director. I love to let parents know that when they join us at Tender Care, they are truly gaining a whole family! This means I do my best to help support my families to the best of my abilities. I have both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education as well as a master’s in education with and emphasis in Autism from
Slippery Rock University. Both of my boys have grown up coming to Tender Care and I cannot say enough about the positive impact it has had on their development! In my spare time I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and attending sporting events with my boys.
